Judge McWhorter is the president of Motivate Worldwide and founder of the Sister Success Summit. She is a transformational keynote speaker, trainer, and coach. Whether it is a keynote, a breakout session, or an onsite training, you will be captivated by the judge’s enthusiasm for life. It is no doubt that her life epitomizes the value of unwavering dedication and focus. Her humble beginnings lead her from the country town of Wauchula, Florida where she picked oranges after school to the courtroom in South Florida where she served as a role model for the litigants that appeared before her. The Judge also serves as the Director of the Office of Equal Opportunity Programs and Diversity at Florida International University where she currently manages EEO, Diversity and Title IX for the University’s 56,000 students and more than 12,000 employees. Judge McWhorter is an energetic professional with a dynamic personality and a strong commitment to public service and diverse communities. She graduated with honors from Bethune-Cookman College and received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Law School before moving to Miami where she served as a County Court Judge. She is an active member of her community dedicated to leaving the world better than she found it: Past President of the Miami Dade Alumni Chapter of Bethune-Cookman University, the Miami Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Greater Miami YWCA Board of Directors, former chairperson of the Miami Gardens Educational Excellence Council, member of the Miami Biscayne Bay Links, Incorporated and a graduate of Leadership Miami. She is also a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker. It is no doubt that this former Judge speaks with authority whether delivering keynotes, summits, seminars or workshops. She consistently does so to rave reviews and standing ovations.
