Dr. Pamela Wiggins is a native of Fairfax, Virginia. Dr. Pamela Wiggins is a CEO, adjunct professor, author, motivational speaker, Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, and Certified Arbitrator. Dr. Wiggins earned her Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, M.A. in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and B.A. in Psychology from Marymount University. Dr. Wiggins is the CEO/Owner of Wiggins Management & Consulting, LLC a 100% woman-owned certified small minority business specializing in staff training, consulting, family mediation, and workshops. Dr. Wiggins is a faculty member in the College of Business, Organizational Leadership, at Southern New Hampshire University. Dr. Wiggins held leadership positions in higher education as Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Interim Dean of Academic Affairs. Research interests include adult learning and student retention in online courses. Dr. Wiggins has 15 years of experience teaching in higher education, over 4 years of experience in higher education executive leadership, 15 years of experience in staff training, 11 years of corporate executive level leadership experience as CEO, over 7 years of experience in quality management and auditing, and 12 years of experience in social service programs. Career accomplishments include being Recipient of Cox Media Group Business of the Week for the week of January 29, 2018; featured in Jacksonville Business Journal 2016, Women on the Move; Recipient of Honored Business Award, Jacksonville’s Finest 2016 Business Profile Series, Folio Weekly Magazine, April 27, 2016; Florida Sterling Council Board Examiner, and Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Dr. Wiggins holds professional memberships with Model Agreements & Guidelines International (MAGI), Florida Sterling Council, Better Business Bureau, National Association for Professional Women and The Sloan Consortium.
